Feminist

In the U.K. there were so few women photographers in the 1970's, that falling in with the London "chosen", was inevitable. Two shows "Women" and "Men by women photographers" included my work, and I was invited to take part in a major show on London's South Bank, when I was called back home to help with aging parents. I handed the baton to another photographer, Aileen Ferriday, so she could be the rising star. Now I make trophies to celebrate womanhood, and do what I can to support Planned Parenthood. Without their assistance, I'd be changing diapers, not making art! My supportive husband deserves a lot of credit, to boot.
